Dear Yoji san,

Thank you for your note about the passing of Mr Seiji Yoshikawa, it is a very sad day for the Japan Tasar Association.

Mr Yoshikawa's vision and energy has brought a great deal of joy and sailing satisfaction to many Japanese Tasar sailors. He was greatly respected by all Tasar sailors and will be missed.

With the passing of Mr Frank Bethwaite earlier this year we have lost two great men.

Please pass on my condolences to his family and to everyone in the Japan Tasar Association.
