WTC(world  Tasar Council )が開催されます！

今年になって毎月行われているWTCですが、これまでは世界選手権開催時、すなわちほぼ2年間に1回の頻度で開催されてきました。　

今回は世界選手権への参加者が少なくなってしまったこともあり、世界選手権前の9月14日にオンラインで行われます。

月例で行われているWTCでは、JTA通信に報告している通り、アメリカの世界選手権の準備状況を報告してもらうために始めましたが、最近はクラスルールやクラスの憲法にあたるWorld Tasar Class Association Constitutionの見直しについての話し合いが行われています。

一方、これまで世界選手権開催時に行われてきたWTCでは、世界協会会長、副会長の交代など、WTCメンバーや評議会のメンバーの選出、承認、さらに次回、次次回の世界選手権の開催について、クラスルールやWorld Tasar Class Association Constitutionの変更について話し合われてきました。

このWTCは誰でも出席し、意見を述べることができます。日本からも可能な限り多くの方に出席していただきたいと考えています。そのためにJTA会員向けに、議題和訳を作成し、近日中に公開する予定です。

開催はUTC(世界標準時)で13日の20時からになりますので、日本時間では9月14日の朝の5時からになります。

会議への参加方法はzoomというオンライン会議システムを使用します。

zoomについても分かる範囲で説明します。

I will add reports to the Agenda before the meeting. My aim is to have them added one week before so that people can read them ahead of time, and therefore in the meeting I will just ask if anyone has any questions on the report submitted.

If you are looking for previous years reports they are all on the WTC website.

I have added a password for the meeting of Tasar. I will not share this but will leave it to each region to share with their membership.

In the information I have released, I believe that regions should share the link no earlier than one month before the meeting but understand that this may not fit with each regions communication plan.
